Prescribing Medications and Adding Allergies

Primarily you can prescribe medications and add allergies from the Medications/Allergies section in the charting elements; however, you can also record them from the Treatment Plan. The recorded medications and allergies details can be viewed on the Medications/Allergies ribbon.

To prescribe medication and add allergies from Treatment Plan:

1.On the Treatment Plan screen, click the Medications/Allergies link.
2.This is the exact screen which is originally opened from the Medications/Allergies section in charting elements. Refer to the Prescribing Medications and Adding Allergies sections for details.
3.Once the medications are prescribed and allergies are added, they can be viewed on the Medications/Allergies ribbon.
