Patient payments can be modified from the Payments screen by clicking “Modify” next to the patient payment listing. This will open the Payment Posting window:
Make desired edits to the payment information; click the “Save” button to save changes. For additional functionality of the Payment Posting window, please see Manually Posting Payments.
Note: You can modify Payment Type and Received Date and add a note after clicking on the modify option on the payment screen. Other changes need to be made from Payment Receipt.
