The user can be restricted from access to the application. If the user is restricted, a message is displayed in red color on the Login screen indicating access restriction. In such cases, the user must contact the practice administrator to access the system.

In some cases, the user might be restricted from access to the application, but they can enter a reason for access, as per the configuration, and proceed with logging in. For details on configuration, refer to the Access Settings under Administration.
