Exiting an encounter is a process of leaving the encounter temporarily. Once you start an encounter, it becomes an in-progress encounter displayed with a blue clock icon . When you exit from an encounter, it remains in the in-progress state until it is ended. On the Facesheet screen, click Exit Encounter from the top right corner to exit an encounter.
