Any preventative medications or any counseling given to the patient can be recorded in the Preventative Health section. In Preventative Health, you can enter notes in 2 ways: common notes for all the preventative health items and line item level notes for each item. The ready-made templates can be used to insert the notes. The user can configure these templates in the system, also known as macros. The order status can be recorded as performed, reviewed, etc.
The preventative health details recorded are displayed on the Preventative Health ribbon along with the CPT code, number of units ordered, diagnosis codes attached to the order, modifiers, and generalized notes.
